Our comprehensive health care services are linked with wellness programs and health-supporting environments. Our clinic is staffed by a Medicare-certified physician trained in geriatric medicine who can serve as Members’ primary care physician. Support services include short- and long-term skilled nursing care, physical therapy, memory care, catered living and home care services.

Isakson Living gives Members more control over their lives. Members choose where to live knowing our services and environments will deliver the best care if needed and they will never be a burden on children or family. Members also maintain more control over their finances. A single family home is expensive to maintain and can be an inefficient, expensive and isolating environment if health care services are needed.

Services and programs promote successful aging and allow Members to take control of their health. Services include an onsite geriatric physician, full-time registered dietician, and an onsite clinic. The clinic is staffed by a full-time nurse practitioner who performs routine checkups, tests and lab work. Home care services are diverse and highly personalized. We also provide an onsite, Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
