The Isakson Living mission was inspired by the Isakson family's search for a community to meet the needs of their parents, Ed and Julia Isakson.  No available retirement option offered an elegant environment, engaging lifestyle and comprehensive onsite health care. Motivated by family and decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, the Isaksons embarked on a journey that has resulted in two award-winning, amenity-rich communities - Park Springs and Peachtree Hills Place.

We build Continuing Care Retirement Communities because we believe passionately in the concept.The CCRC is an attractive residential option for those 62 and above. Members live in a detached single-family home, villa or condominium-style home. The community provides extraordinary food and beverage service in diverse settings and abundant social, educational and enrichment opportunities.

Residential options offering a higher level of services and care are also available on campus. These include home health, assisted living suites, memory care or our Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As situations change, Members can move into the type of home or environment that best meets their needs.
